Amazone Adventure has a variety of adventures tours . These tours has been developed in such a way that they have not got a fixed pattern. 

ALL TOURS WILL BE ORGANISED ACCORDING THE WISHES OF THE CUSTOMER !!!

Every tour can be made throughout the whole year but from ± half of August until ± the end of October the Amazon river is low because of the dry season. In this period it's very difficult to leave the Amazon river and go into the smaller tributaries where you can enjoy even more the remarkable flora and fauna. The tours we conduct are depending of nature so it's impossible for us to give a guarantee that all the flora and fauna we describe in our programs actually will be seen. However we will do everything we can to conduct the programs the way we describe them.

In every program is included:

• All meals;
• All (non alcoholic) drinks;
• The use of hammock, mosquito net, boots;
• The guide (who will also be your cook).
  

In every program is not included:

• Alcoholic drinks;
• Rain clothes;
• Torch.

The nights you have to spend in a hotel in Leticia before or after a tour will be at your own expenses. Of course we can help you to get a good price.

Don't forget to take the following items with you:

• Torch (with extra batteries) NOT RECHARGEABLE
• Warm clothing's for the night
• Shirts with long sleeves.(against the mosquitoes)
• Insect repellent especially developed for the tropics (please ask your physician)
• Rain clothes
• Sun block, sunglasses
• Binoculars, Photo camera / video camera
• TIP: Feel free to bring some candy, colored pencils, etc. for the children and some soap or rice for the women. This is of course totally your own decision. When needed you can buy these things also in Leticia.

THE TOURS WE ORGANIZE ARE IN THE AMAZON AREA. THE COLOMBIA YOU REGULARLY HEAR (NEGATIVELY) IN THE NEWS IS NOT NEAR BUT APPROXIMATELY ABOUT 1200 KILOMETERS AS THE CROW FLIES (THIS IS THE DISTANCE FROM NEW YORK DC UNTIL CHICAGO) AWAY. FROM LETICIA (WHICH IS IN THE MOST SOUTHERN PART OF COLOMBIA) IT IS VERY EASY TO TRAVEL STRAIT TO MANAUS IN BRAZIL OR TO IQUITOS IN PERU.
